Throughout this week our Primary 4, 5, 6 and 7's took part in 'Healthy Me' workshops facilitated by Katie from Action Mental Health.This is an engaging mental health promotion programme which positively promotes mental health and social and emotional wellbeing in children and has a strong focus on prevention and self-help. Thank you to Katie for her fun and engaging delivery and well done to all of the children who participated so keenly and we hope they took something positive from this workshop.
