Thank you to Brigid and Leah from Ballygawley veterinary clinic who visited P1 and 2 today to conclude our topic Pets and Vets. The children were very excited as they brought along Blue the dog. Brigid talked about her work as a farm vet and showed the children some tools she uses to treat both farm and pet animals. Thank you for taking the time to inspire the children , we had a great show of hands for those who would like to become a vet, good luck to Leah in her final year of study.
