Primary 7 started a four week block of after school activities this week, hosted by the staff of St. Ciaran’s College and funded by the Extended Schools funding. The children got to attend either gymnastics, art or technology and began projects including, making a wooden plant holder in technology, designing and creating a clay monster in art class and developing their floor and movement skills to create a gymnastics routine based around the theme of travel. An impressive start was made by all participants who are looking forward to their next session. A huge thank you to St. Ciaran’s college for providing our P7 children with this wonderful opportunity.
